We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to make adjustments to your order. However, we would like to bring your attention to our Cancel/Change Order policy to set clear expectations and clarify the process.

1. Order Modification:

We kindly request that you review your order carefully before finalizing it. Once an order is placed, we immediately begin processing it after 2 – 6 hours to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, any modifications, including changes to the size, design, or customization options, may not be possible once the order is confirmed. We recommend double-checking all details, including quantities and personalization requests, to ensure accuracy.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Your order is automatically sent to the factory. Therefore in case you have just purchased and want to refund within the first 12 hours, we will only refund up to 50% of the order value. After 12 hours from the time of placing the order, you will not be able to refund/cancel except in the following circumstances.

  • Damaged printed item
  • Incorrect item sent (wrong design, wrong product type)
  • Incorrect size item sent (different from the size ordered)
  • Item not received within 30 days for US orders or 60 days for international orders

While we understand that unforeseen situations may arise, we would like to emphasize that cancellations are strongly discouraged once an order is placed. As our products are made to order and require significant time and resources for production, canceling an order disrupts our production schedule and affects our ability to serve other customers promptly.

You can cancel your order within the first 6 hours of making a purchase by contacting our customer support team and requesting an order cancellation via [email protected]. After that time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled.

So, after your order has been manufactured by the factory, you will be unable to cancel it.

3. Returns Policy:

We only accept returns on products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

Please contact our customer service to confirm your problem and take the return address before you make any decision. If you return the item without our confirmation, we cannot assure that it will be returned successfully to our return address and we will NOT refund it in this case.

Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and we will not take responsibility for any return package without a confirmation or notice from us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via [email protected] for more information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Contact our Customer Service to get the return address before you make any decision. Please do not refuse the delivery or send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and we will NOT take any responsibility for any return package without a confirmation letter or notice from us.

As each quilt blanket is meticulously handcrafted and personalized according to your preferences, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for canceled orders. While cancellations and refunds are generally not permitted, we understand that certain exceptional circumstances may warrant consideration. We will review your case on an individual basis and do our best to find a mutually satisfactory resolution.
